KPMG’s Business School (KBS) Audit is committed to building the audit professionals’ knowledge and skills to maintain and uphold audit quality in client work. The KBS supports their professional development through the development and delivery of high-quality, interactive web-based and instructor-led training. We are currently seeking a Course Developer to support the development of web-based learning.

What You Will Do
  • Support creation of engaging and effective web-based training modules on technical audit and accounting topics using rapid development tools.
  • Create and edit learning videos, PDFs, assessments, slide decks, participant materials, and audio transcripts.
  • Create French language copies of eLearning courses.
  • Test course effectiveness on the learning management system and document findings.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internally developed and presented programs.

Business needs may require employees to work beyond their normal hours, and our flexible approach supports this, as well as personal matters.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Instructional Design and Adult Learning.
  • 1+ years experience in eLearning design.
  • 1+ years experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective instructional text.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking.
  • Aptitude for relationship building and openness to feedback.
  • Familiarity with other eLearning tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, or similar.
  • Audio/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Instructional design experience is an asset.

This role requires fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially including bonuses. Salary offers depend on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
