This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; checking all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; and performing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:45 am to 6:15 pm. Must have a full valid Class G license (G2 not acceptable). Job posting date: 05/15/2025; closing date: 05/22/2025 at 3 PM local time.
