Midland Transport is seeking a Courier Coordinator at our Corner Brook terminal to support daily courier operations, ensuring accurate manifests, optimized routes, and timely customer communications. This role links drivers, dispatch, and terminal leadership to uphold service commitments and efficiency.

You will contribute to daily reporting, KPI monitoring, and payroll-related tasks, while supporting training and onboarding of new courier staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or dispatch is a plus.
• LTL transportation operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily courier activities to support on-time pickup and delivery.
• Respond to courier-related inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Complete and distribute daily operational reports.
• Monitor courier performance and service levels.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new courier employees.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
