About This Role
Our courier communities are the lifeblood of Just Eat Takeaway.com and we are relentless on our mission to ensure they are heard and feel valued. This exciting position offers the chance to make a significant impact in delivering our global courier engagement strategy across our independent contractor model. One day you could be working on our global Insight programmes to ensure our couriers are at the core of all business decisions, and the next, you could be knee-deep in the courier onboarding process helping to find ways to make our applicant experience as frictionless as possible. Throw in helping to build a new website - the variety is plentiful.
We’re on the lookout for a proactive problem-solver to become part of our team. Collaborating closely with key markets (United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and various functions (Marketing, Product & Tech, Legal, Finance and Insights), no two days are the same. The ability to manage multiple work streams and influence key stakeholders cannot be underestimated in this role. Your work will span various functional areas and great communication and prioritisation skills are a must.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Courier Experience
Play a key role in shaping our global courier engagement and loyalty strategy, collaborating with relevant functions and markets to gather insights and define a compelling programme and implement it.
Identify, measure, and precisely define areas of potential opportunity. Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning with new initiatives to promptly assess their scalability across markets.
Help to identify key drivers and develop concrete initiatives to enhance engagement and best practices at all courier touchpoints. This collaborative effort involves working across functions.
We work in a global environment and you must foster a global mindset yet while remaining flexible enough to adapt to local nuances and requirements.
Become a true courier advocate and embrace the role as voice of our couriers, tirelessly championing their importance and requirements across our organisation.
Proficiency in crafting strategies and business plans which demand innovative thinking and creative problem-solving.
Demonstrated aptitude for cultivating a forward-thinking mindset and transforming conceptual ideas into tangible executions to benefit the courier communities we serve.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, sometimes without clear guardrails/parameters.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to efficiently navigate complex workstreams and coordinate seamlessly across various teams and departments.
Collaborative team player who rapidly earns trust, respect, and confidence while fostering a cooperative working environment without being afraid to challenge the status quo.
