Job summary

FedEx Corporation in Canada is seeking a part-time courier to provide courteous pickup and delivery on a defined route. You will verify shipments comply with FedEx Canada service standards and perform related customer service tasks. The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy packages.

On-site position with flexible schedules, including holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred and bilingual ability may be an asset in Quebec.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalence.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass minimum thresholds on mandatory driver assessment training.
• Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
