Job summary

Purolator in London, ON is seeking a Courier to pick up and deliver packages, working Monday-Friday, 6:00pm–11:00pm, 25 hours per week.

You will scan and track shipments, resolve on-road issues with Dispatch, and perform daily vehicle inspections. A High School diploma, vocational courses, and a valid Class 5 license are required; three years of driving experience and a clean abstract ideal.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School required.
• Completion of specific vocational courses may be required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Scan packages / mail as it is received, delivered, or returned to the depot at the end of the day.
• Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR)

Description

The Courier picks up and delivers customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules and resolves problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules
