To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

The incumbent is expected to perform all assigned duties, complete mandatory testing and training, operate in a PC Windows environment, and maintain certifications. If residing in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required. Candidates requiring driving as a core competency must have a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a clean driving record in the past 24 months. Selection will consider driver’s abstract, interview performance, and driver assessments.
