Job description

Position Overview

This is an interview position responsible for providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. The role includes checking shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service and performing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
  • Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience
  • Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed
Additional Information

Candidates residing in Quebec must be bilingual (French and English). All candidates must meet driving requirements, including a valid driver's license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1 [AZ]) and a clean driving record. Assessment of driving skills and interview performance will be part of the selection process.
