Responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• At least one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed.

Additional Notes

This role requires bilingualism (French and English) for candidates in Quebec. Candidates with a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or AZ) and a clean driving record within the past 24 months will be prioritized. The position involves working on various shifts, completing periodic training, maintaining certifications, and performing other duties as assigned.
