Job description

Job Position: Delivery Driver

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
  2. Check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
  3. Provide related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience.
  • Must pass the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays, based on business needs.

    Pay Transparency & Additional Details:

    Work schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 10:45 am.
