2. Check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
3. Provide related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a pressured environment.
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of customer-oriented business experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset).
• Bilingual in French and English (if residing in Quebec).

Additional Information

This role requires completing mandatory testing and training, operating in a Windows environment, and maintaining certifications. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or AZ), with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months.
