FedEx Canada recherche un préposé à la collecte et à la livraison sur une route attribuée. Poste à temps partiel temporaire, avec permis de conduire valide et fiche de conduite exemplary.

Responsable du levage jusqu’à 70 lb et de la manipulation des colis jusqu’à 150 lb, avec service à la clientèle courtois. Expérience en service à la clientèle souhaitable; flexibilité horaire et travail du lundi au vendredi entre 7 h et 18 h, à un taux horaire de 23,28 CAD.

This is an interview position.

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
• Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.
• Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.
• Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
• Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche.
• Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable.
• Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.
• Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation
• Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle
• Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
• Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de l’entreprise le justifient.

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
