Job description

Job Position: Delivery Driver (Interview Position)

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, checking shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service, and performing related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, with open availability from Monday to Sunday.
