Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a candidate for a courier/driver role on an assigned route in Quebec. You will pick up and deliver packages, ensure conformance to service standards, and assist customers with related services.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

• Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.
• Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
• Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche.
• Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne serait souhaitable.
• Bonnes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.
• Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation
• Excellentes habiletés pour le service à la clientèle
• Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
• Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de l’entreprise le justifient.
