Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People Processes
  • 3 years of experience with strategic and operational initiatives
  • Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for HR practices and standards
  • Fluent communication skills in English and French to support client management in the region
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
  • Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization
  • Experience in human resources, people programs, or related large-scale people roles
  • Proven ability to lead multiple priority projects and manage large-scale complex initiatives
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, proficiency with Google Sheets and Apps Script
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate across multiple teams
