They are dedicated to developing new business opportunities while supporting existing sales channels, mainly in Horeca and Industrial sectors.

Job Description

  • Manage and lead the sales team through collaboration with the Sales Department and local partners.
  • Strategically plan and participate in industry demo events and exhibitions.
  • Initiate and develop new business opportunities across horeca & food service segments.
  • Support local partners in business expansion and sales growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with the Sales Department.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between headquarters, local partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service departments to meet business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in the pastry/food service sector.
  • Over 5 years of impactful commercial experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating independence and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
