Position Details

Country Lead, Property Administration

Location: Downtown Toronto | Hybrid | Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Approx. $120K + Bonus

We're hiring on behalf of a growing real estate group that's expanding its portfolio and development projects. This role offers a chance to lead, innovate, and influence national property administration practices in a dynamic, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national processes, tools, and training programs for property administrators.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and property managers to optimize workflows and onboarding.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team collaboration.
  • Design quality assurance frameworks using Yardi data to identify risks and improvements.
  • Support regional teams during peak periods and assist with hiring processes.
  • Act as a liaison among property management, accounting, and asset management teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in property management and administration, preferably with commercial or mixed-use real estate experience.
  • Excellent communicator with leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Yardi is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as needed.
