Position

2 Forklift Operators (Counterbalance and REACH)

Shift & Compensation

• Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Night Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Rate: $21 to $22 per hour

Location: Industrial Parkway, Aurora, Ontario (must be able to commute to Aurora)

Employment Details

Full-time job, 8-hour shifts, reporting to shift supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials (minimum 2 years experience with Raymond Reach)
• Lead and manage forklift operator teams, ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of equipment
• Unload and verify inbound shipments, move products to storage
• Ensure accuracy and damage-free shipments; report variances
• Keep records for inventory control and security
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts
• Inspect trailers, raw materials, and finished goods for defects
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Promote safety in operations
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of Counterbalance/Reach forklift training certificate and valid license (recertification required by Flow)
• Must be able to commute to Aurora, ON
• Must be on a work permit or PR and able to work full-time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• Team player with good communication skills
