What You Will Do With Us

As the Warehouse / Counter Associate based in Cornwall, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving & processing orders via the counter. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability, and maintain the showroom and counter shelves.

2. Sales Support: You will directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries.

Who Are You

1. You have 1-2 years of prior counter sales / warehouse experience.
2. You have proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
3. You can prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
4. You possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
5. You have a valid driver’s license.
