Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate based in Calgary Foothills, AB. You will build relationships with customers by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products and receiving and processing orders at the counter.

You will report to the Branch Manager and maintain showroom shelves, stock availability, and product knowledge. In this role you will support warehouse operations, picking, shipping and receiving orders, while replenishing stock levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pick, ship and receive orders and replenish stock levels.
• Direct counter service to customers and process orders and inquiries.
• Maintain showroom and counter shelves and ensure stock availability.
