Job summary

Rexel Canada, a global leader in electrical distribution, is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate for its Calgary Foothills branch. In this role, you will assist customers at the counter, source products, and process orders while delivering strong service.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will confirm stock, maintain showroom shelves, and support both sales and warehouse operations to keep customers happy and orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, source additional products and process orders at the counter.
• Report to the Branch Manager and provide product knowledge and stock confirmations.
• Maintain showroom and counter shelves and ensure stock availability.
• Support warehouse tasks including picking, packing and shipping as needed.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Counter Sales/Warehouse Associatebased in Calgary Foothills, AB,you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, sourcing additional products and receive & process orders via the counter. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability and maintain the showroom and counter shelves.

• Sales Support, you will directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability and processing orders and inquiries
