Nedco, a Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. division, is hiring for a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate in Kirkland Lake, ON. The role involves loading/unloading shipments, stock management, and direct customer service at the counter and by phone.

The position is full-time with responsibilities including picking, receiving, shipping, and cycle counts, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a dynamic electrical supply environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and counter sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business.
• Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put away counter and warehouse stock.
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives.
• Directly service the customer via phone & counter sales.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.
