What you will do:

  • Provide knowledgeable, courteous, timely, efficient, and top-quality customer service via in person counter sales, and by fielding text, email & phone inquiries
  • Trouble shoot, select, source and pick electrical motors, pumps, fans and blowers, including the various related parts and components
  • Entering, processing, picking, and submitting sales orders and quotes
  • Processing POS cash, debit and credit payments
  • Processing returns following established procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices
  • Participate in semi-annual inventory counts
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule which provides opportunity for a boost in compensation
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • Previous 1 to 2 years of sales experience is required
  • Industry related, trades or relevant experience is a definite asset
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Proven organizational, problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow existing business relationships and establishing new ones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Computer knowledge
