What you will do :

• Be the first point of contact, providing prompt product knowledge and information to customers in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely manner
• Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs
• Pick customer orders from the warehouse
• Perform product research using catalogues and online resources
• Verify the availability of all items as ordered and scheduled
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maintain stock levels at the counter area as needed
• Assist in warehouse activities when required

What you will bring :

• Previous technical experience in sales or customer service within wholesale or distribution environments
• Knowledge of the local market, with HVAC and plumbing experience considered an asset
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is an asset
• Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
