What you will do :
- Be the first point of contact, providing prompt product knowledge and information to customers in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely manner
- Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs
- Pick customer orders from the warehouse
- Perform product research using catalogues and online resources
- Verify the availability of all items as ordered and scheduled
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Maintain stock levels at the counter area as needed
- Assist in warehouse activities when required
What you will bring :
- Previous technical experience in sales or customer service within wholesale or distribution environments
- Knowledge of the local market, with HVAC and plumbing experience considered an asset
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is an asset
- Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
