Job summary

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for the Mississauga, Ontario location. The role reports to the Pickup Counter Supervisor and involves assisting customers by entering orders, processing credits/returns, and maintaining organized pickup orders.

Typical hours are 8am–5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am–5pm Friday. Key duties include processing pickup orders, returns, and pulling warehouse orders, answering phones, and handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic professional with a strong work ethic.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities
