Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Warehouse/Counter associate in Moncton to greet customers, verify information, and process orders. You will check stock, confirm product accuracy, and help with inventory and shelves, while maintaining a clean service area.

Flexibility to assist inside sales and perform related duties is expected. A DVS in Electrical Installation or sales training is an asset, along with 6+ months in warehouse or customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electrical Installation and/or sales training is an asset.
• More than six months of experience in warehouse or client service.
• Knowledge of electrical products and Microsoft Office suite is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the counter, verify information, and process orders.
• Check product availability in the computer system.
• Verify accuracy of products and orders and the condition of products in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking shelves.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the counter and service areas.
• Provide support to inside sales activities as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
