The Counter / Inside Sales Representative based in Etobicoke is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He / she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders efficiently.

Responsibilities :
  1. Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
  2. Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
  3. Maintaining a high level of customer service
  4. Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
  5. Putting away counter stock
  6. Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves
  7. Picking, receiving, and shipping duties when required
Qualifications :
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written, with an ability to impart knowledge
  • Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and familiar with the AS400
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry
