Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA, OTA) in Home Health provides occupational therapy to patients in their homes, aiming to restore their physical abilities. The OTA performs duties in accordance with policies, procedures, and the established plan of care.

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

  • Current OTA licensure in the state of Kentucky
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation
