The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Responsibilities include analyzing cost structures and optimizing processes to improve operations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Reporting to the Controller, the Cost Accountant will be responsible for providing financial support to the leadership team to ensure accurate reporting and decision making.
As a key member of the finance team, the Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing cost structures, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate reporting to support business performance.
