Responsibilities :

Analyze production costs and variances, providing insights to support operational efficiency.

Maintain and monitor standard costs across multiple manufacturing sites.

Prepare and review inventory valuations, work-in-progress, and month-end closing activities.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to validate costing models and recommend improvements.

Assist in the development and maintenance of cost accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

Prepare cost forecasts, margin analysis, and support the annual budgeting process.

Skills and Experience :

Cost Accounting Expertise : Demonstrated experience in manufacturing cost accounting, preferably within an industrial or production environment.

Analytical Strength : Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Experience : Minimum 5+ years in a cost accounting or financial analyst role within a manufacturing setting.

Education : CPA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred. Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.

Systems Proficiency : Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and strong Excel skills.

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with :

Cost modeling, standard costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, lean manufacturing principles, and multinational cost reporting.
