Join to apply for the Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser role at Mosaic North America .

We are currently looking for Merchandisers with experience (preferred but not essential) in representing top Cosmetics, Grocery, and Electronics companies, along with various other clients. Hours vary depending on client needs.

This role offers the opportunity to support merchandising initiatives and strengthen relationships with Store and Department Managers. It is ideal for someone seeking daytime hours, willing to travel occasionally, self-motivated, and enjoys working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and update shelving, displays, walls, etc., according to planograms and instructions.
• Plan and schedule store visits within your territory.
• Communicate work schedules to team members as needed.
• Attend training sessions, including conference calls, online, and in the field.
• Build strong relationships with in-store contacts.
• Complete shift reports, including photos of completed tasks, online.
• Communicate effectively with stores such as Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy, Staples.

Qualifications

• Relevant merchandising experience (preferred but not essential).
• Attention to detail, especially in executing planogram changes.
• Strong organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Other Requirements

• Availability Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, up to 20 hours / week.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable traveling up to 160 km from your region.
• Computer savvy with internet access and ability to submit photos online.
