Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support formulation testing and project coordination at our Broadway office and Burnaby lab.

This onsite role requires four days a week in the office with a 32-hour schedule, involving hands-on lab work and coordination with QA and the Innovation team. A Bachelor of Science is required, with 1–2 years in R&D/product development preferred, and Microsoft Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant science field is required.
• 1–2 years of R&D/product development experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Perform internal validation testing and document results.
• Coordinate sample shipments and third‑party testing schedules.
• Collaborate with QA and innovation teams on internal/external testing.
• Plan and execute internal user testing and distill insights for the Innovation team.
• Support new product development by researching trends and compiling analyses.
• Maintain formulation trackers and ingredient tool databases.
