Job summary

Match Retail in Thunder Bay, ON is seeking merchandisers to visit stores, update fixtures, and present new products across Canada for major retailers.

As an Independent Contractor, you will work 4–5 weekdays per week with flexible hours, traveling to various store locations and completing setups and cosmetic resets using planograms. You’ll document progress with digital tools and submit updates at your own pace.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Effective communication skills.
• Merchandising experience and knowledge of planograms/MODs are assets but not required, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
• Independently track and document your work using user-friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace

We work with long‑term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.
