JobsMedia.io in Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking a skilled paper-machine operator to join our production team. You will operate paper converting machines, perform setup, and help with routine maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple shifts (morning, evening, night). This permanent, on-site role offers health and retirement benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of relevant machine-operator experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that cut, fold, glue or clip paper and cardboard.
• Set up and thread paper rolls, load materials into machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Ensure quality and precision in output.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area.
