Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience delivering workplace projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Experience with large-scale corporate interiors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept design, design development, visualization, and contract documentation for workplace projects.
• Lead projects or portions of projects with oversight from senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing packages.
• Produce presentations and visual materials that communicate design intent clearly.
• Collaborate across disciplines to support an integrated project approach.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations with growing confidence.
• Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools and digital workflows that improve design quality and efficiency.
• Support mentoring of junior designers and contribute positively to team culture.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
