About Us

We’re not a traditional design firm. We take accountability for the full project journey and invest deeply in our people, offering meaningful opportunities for leadership, growth, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration. When you join M Moser, you join a global community committed to elevating how the world works, learns, gathers and thrives.

M Moser Associates is a global architecture, design, strategy, engineering, and delivery firm with more than 1,400 team members worldwide. Since 1981, we’ve been redefining how workplaces are imagined and delivered—integrating design, culture, technology, sustainability, and wellness to create environments where people and organizations thrive.

In M Moser, we are accelerating toward an AI‑enabled model—where architecture, engineering, strategy and technology operate as one ecosystem. We are building teams who are curious about the future of design, energized by digital transformation, and ready to rethink how projects are delivered. If you believe AI will fundamentally reshape our industry—and you want to be part of that evolution—we want to meet you.

Position Overview

As an Intermediate Workplace Designer, you are a strong design contributor and emerging leader within project teams. You participate actively from early concept and client engagement through documentation and construction administration.

You are hands‑on in design production while also strengthening your ability to think holistically—across disciplines, systems, and digital tools.

This role requires:

  • Strong technical fluency (especially Revit)
  • Curiosity about AI‑enabled workflows
  • A collaborative mindset aligned with our Integrative Architecture, Engineering and Construction direction

You will work closely with senior designers, strategists, architects, and engineers to translate ideas into spatial solutions that are creative, buildable, and future‑ready.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Contribute to concept design, design development, visualization, and contract documentation for workplace projects
  • Lead portions of medium‑sized projects with oversight from senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality Revit models and drawing packages
  • Produce compelling presentations and visual materials that communicate design intent clearly
  • Collaborate across disciplines (strategy, architecture, engineering, construction) to support an integrated project approach
  • Engage in client meetings and presentations with growing confidence
  • Explore and adopt AI‑enabled tools and digital workflows that improve design quality and efficiency
  • Support mentoring of junior designers and contribute positively to team culture
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
  • 4+ years of experience contributing to workplace interior design projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Strong ability to execute detailed working drawings and coordinate documentation
  • Working knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to contribute across multiple projects
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Mindset & Growth Attributes
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI in design and construction
  • Interest in improving workflows through technology and digital innovation
  • Ability to think beyond silos and collaborate across disciplines
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for quality
  • Eagerness to grow into broader leadership and integrative thinking
Why Join M Moser:
  • Lead high‑impact projects with global clients
  • Take on a meaningful leadership role with real influence
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Flexibility, professional development, and career growth
  • A people‑first environment where leadership and mentorship matter
