About The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about exceeding sales targets. You should be creative, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment with Account Executives and Sales Leadership. Strong communication skills and a desire for career development are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage decision-makers at targeted accounts and schedule initial meetings for the sales team.
  • Use High Velocity Sales and outbound prospecting techniques to contact target accounts.
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing efforts and convert them into sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize results from marketing campaigns and events.
  • Utilize Martech tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, Highspot) for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Record all activities in CRM (Salesforce).
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably outbound or prospecting roles.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
  • Resilient mindset with a drive to grow and surpass goals.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Travel or SaaS experience is a bonus but not required.
