Job description

Working hours : Flexible schedule able to work during hours of 8 am-8 pm EST (Must work EST working hours), and for training purposes, the first 3-4 weeks, the workers will work around 9am -5 pm EST

Pay Rate : $30.38 / hr

What You’ll Do :

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups).
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexities, for air, road, rail, and accommodations.
  • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Training may be provided.
  • Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests.
  • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

Requirements :

  • Bilingual in French and English. Reading / writing / speaking - Must.
  • 3 - 5 years of corporate travel experience.
  • Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
  • Professional communication (written and verbal).
  • Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation).
  • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with the supplier.
  • Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Note :

If the candidates have a hard stop, not being able to work until 8pm, they will not be selected for an interview.
