  • The candidate will prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements in connection with the sale of a company
  • Will maintain working knowledge of market terms in small and middle market mergers and acquisitions
  • Maintain working knowledge of tax, intellectual property, employment, privacy, and related matters that arise in mergers and acquisitions
  • Advise companies regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duty related matters
  • Attract and maintain great relationships with emerging company clients
