The Payroll Analyst will perform a variety of payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis of payroll system issues, verifying payroll program specifications, assisting with system implementation and maintenance, preparing feasibility studies for system modifications, and acting as liaison between payroll staff and IT. The role involves maintaining payroll system audits, supporting external audits, and researching laws and regulations related to taxes and payroll procedures.
