Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-orientedCorporate Paralegalwith excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will focus on updating and maintaining corporate minute books and managing the corporate database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft corporate documents, including resolutions and changes to directors and officers
  • Prepare and file documentation with the Alberta Corporate Registry and other jurisdictions as required
  • Accurately enter and maintain entity records in the corporate database and document management systems
  • Ensure precision and consistency in all tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • CORES Level 1 certification is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Legal Assistant Certificate or Diploma, or 1–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
