Candidates must have a minimum of 9 years' experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Governance role, along with a JD or Business degree. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite, and reports to the General Counsel.

As their General Counsel continues to build the legal team, the company is seeking a Corporate Secretary to take a leadership role in the governance functions, supporting the Board and its Committees. As the principal advisor to the Board and Committee Chairs and members, you will prepare and attend the meetings and prepare the minutes. You will also oversee the corporate records maintenance and filings and advise on governance and compliance risks. This position is located in Toronto’s Financial District, is hybrid with 3 days in the office and reports to the General Counsel.
