About the Role :
We are seeking a Sales professional to support a variety of sales initiatives that align with the EBH culture, values, strategy and business needs. We are seeking a Corporate Sales Support Specialist at our Head Office, which is located in South Surrey a fast-growing area in the Campbell Height Business District.
The Corporate Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales Leadership Team by managing and executing a variety of sales-related projects and administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and as part of the Executive Administration Team, this role prioritizes supporting the CRO and Sales Leadership Team. The Corporate Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with team members to implement integrated sales initiatives, including creating, presenting, and managing corporate proposals, contracts, and strategic presentations. This role also ensures accurate data management, business analysis, and effective communication of results across departments.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions that drive the sales strategy forward.
Position Type / Schedule :
This role will be onsite based out of the Head Office. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with the ability for hybrid remote work following the probationary period.

Your exceptional organizational skills will support the CRO and Sales Leadership Team in staying on track with priorities, while ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks.
Salesforce CRM & Process Optimization
You will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our Salesforce CRM, ensuring our sales team operates efficiently and has the tools necessary to thrive.
Collaboration & Relationship Management
You’ll foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments, driving alignment on key initiatives.
Training & Development
You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the sales team, from onboarding new hires to ongoing training.
