Job description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue from targeted corporate segments, including extended stay, government, and marine/defense markets.

Identify, qualify, and solicit new business through direct sales calls, networking, and participation in industry and community events.

Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and negotiated agreements to secure new and repeat business.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and sales missions to promote the property and brand.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry data to identify new business opportunities and maximize RevPAR.

Accurately forecast and report on sales activity, revenue, and room demand.

Collaborate with the operations and revenue management teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements

Proven relationship-building skills with corporate and executive-level clients.

Progressive sales experience in the hospitality sector.

Comfort and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
