Homewood Health seeks a Corporate Professional Partnerships Director to strengthen and expand relationships with employers, insurers, and third-party referrers across Canada. The role emphasizes strategic, consultative engagement and building credibility as a trusted partner in mental health and addiction care.
You will develop territory plans, educate stakeholders on Homewood programs, and represent the organization at industry events.
At Homewood, we partner with employers, insurers and other third-party referrers across Canada to support people navigating complex mental health, trauma and substance use challenges. Through Homewood Health Centre and The Residence in Guelph, and Homewood Ravensview in North Saanich, we deliver evidence-based, medically informed treatment in highly specialized inpatient and residential settings.
We are looking for a Corporate & Professional Partnerships Director to strengthen and grow the relationships that connect employers, insurers, case management partners, professional associations, and decision-makers to Homewood’s programs.
This is not traditional sales. This is a highly relational, strategic and consultative role focused on building credibility with employers, insurers, disability management teams, occupational health stakeholders, unions, professional associations, and other third-party referrers. Success in this role comes from becoming a trusted and knowledgeable partner — someone organizations can turn to when employees, members, or clients need access to specialized mental health and addiction treatment.
If you are energized by strategic relationship-building, corporate and professional engagement, meaningful conversations and the opportunity to help improve access to care, we’d love to hear from you.
Homewood Health is Canada’s largest and leading service provider for medically focused, evidence-based treatment of mental health and addiction disorders. Our organizational culture values service excellence, integrity, collaboration and innovation. Our people make a difference!
