We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Operations to oversee critical operational functions and support the smooth running of our business. This role focuses on managing and improving key areas of internal operations such as contracts, workplace operations, procurement, insurance, leases, legal administration, and other project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has a proven track record of operational excellence.

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle and management system, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value creation.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of legal & contract activities, including registrations, filings, contract reviews and interfacing with outside counsel on contracts as needed.
Workplace Operations
  • Manage facilities, leases, and coordinate the overall office management function.
  • Coordinate workplace experience programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Develop and maintain a procurement program focused on optimizing relationships with major vendors.
Insurance and Risk Management
  • Administer insurance policies and coordinate annual renewals in collaboration with COO and People team colleagues.
  • Oversee major risk reporting processes to ensure organizational readiness and compliance.
Process Improvement and Budget Management
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives across operational functions.
  • Coordinate and steward certain budgets, including facilities and administration, in collaboration with Operations colleagues, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate operations or a related role, with experience in procurement, contracts, workplace operations, or risk management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with legal coordination, facilities management, and insurance administration.
  • Technology: Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems, procurement tools, and general office software.
  • Attributes: Process-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
