We are recruiting for a Corporate Move Manager based at our Kings Langley office

Location: Kings Langley

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Move Manager who is passionate about customer service and who has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least two years’ customer service experience. Pickfords is a fantastic national brand that specialises in removals and storage, offering a full range of professional removals and storage services for home and business.

Key responsibilities of our Corporate Move Manager will be to:
  • Be the one point of contact throughout the customer’s journey which involves understanding the customer’s needs and in turn improving the customer’s experience. You will be expected to maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times
  • Solve problems and use intuition to resolve any issues from the client
  • Maximise sales opportunities and up-sell products and services to the customer
  • Consistently work to company and legal standards when processing documentation
  • Deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner is a must, along with ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
  • Partaking in team meetings and briefings when planned
