We are currently seeking Corporate Loans Administrators to join our team. As a Corporate Loans Administrator, you will assist the Corporate Lending department by providing mortgage and loan administrative support, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining corporate loan files
  • Preparing documentation for new credit facilities, renewals, extensions, and payment suspensions or alterations
  • Resolving routine lending-related problems with mortgage renewals, corporate loans, pre-authorized transfers, lines of credit, and other lending services
  • Conducting Land Title investigations, property assessments, property tax reviews, and personal property registries
  • Providing information to other lending institutions and law offices as required

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Diploma, plus one year of formal education and 1 to 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Post-secondary education in Legal Secretary / Office Administration is an asset
  • Credit Union experience and/or experience in a legal office with real estate documentation is an asset
  • Experience using Land Titles online and eRegistration is an asset
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with members and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent service, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
