Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Legal Assistant who brings passion for Not for Profit clients within a legal setting. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with our legal team to draft and review documents, manage files, conduct legal research, and assist with regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are hoping for someone that finds this area to be very rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to legal team to help maintain efficient office operations
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicate professionally with clients and external partners
  • Prepare case summaries, including briefs, deposition notes, and testimony overviews
  • Conduct factual and legal research, including reviewing statutes and relevant case law
  • Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation
  • Help track deadlines and maintain contact databases

What Makes You A Fit :

  • Minimum 3 years of legal assistant experience
  • Corporate Legal Assistant experience is a MUST
