Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will work out of our downtown Toronto office. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Facilities located in Vancouver BC, the ideal candidate will be a strong team player that will serve as the central Canadian manager for the Corporate Facilities group. The role will work closely with the Vice President, Corporate Facilities and Raymond James leadership team to manage RJL’s leased corporate and branch offices across Canada with a primary focus on Ontario and Quebec. The role is multifaceted and will lead; day to day maintenance and management, new build projects, renovations, office reconfigurations and ongoing relationship management / administration with vendors and building Landlords.
What will your role be responsible for?
Meet with internal stakeholders to understand and assess business requirements;
Be a standing member of the RJL Health and Safety Committee in Ontario and a member of RJLs Canada Wide Health and Safety Committee. Provides support to VP, Corporate Facilities in executing RJLs Canada Wide Health and Safety Committee mandate, including but not limited to, theformation, administration, and coordination of any required Health and Safety Committee meetings, mandate changes and Health and Safety related protocols and projects. Responsible for identifying and maintaining required level Fire Warden, First Aider & Committee members repersentative across RJLs Canadian facilities. Accountable for ensuring Fire wardens, First Aiders and Committee Members’ training and qualifications are up-to-date and in compliance with Provincial Health and Safety, legal requirements and industry best practices. Responsible for coordinating the regular training and re-training of Fire Wardens, First Aiders & Committee Members to ensure qualifications are up-to-date and in compliance with Provincial Health and Safety requirements.
